Jon Jost, the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Florida State University and 2010 NSCA S&C Coach of the Year started his road to FSU in 1987 at the University of Nebraska where he spent 7 years. He served as both a student assistant and a full-time assistant working for a well-recognized pioneer of the Strength and Conditioning profession, Boyd Epley; whom he considers a great mentor. At Nebraska, Jost earned his bachelors degree in exercise science with an emphasis in strength and conditioning in 1990, and his masters in Education Administration with an emphasis in post-secondary athletic administration

Buddy Morris enters his first season as the Cardinals strength and conditioning coach. Previously with the Cleveland Browns from 2002-05 where he worked with current Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians, Morris is back in the NFL after working at the collegiate level for 19 years.
A native of South Park, PA, Morris has an extensive background in strength and conditioning dating back to his first job at his alma mater, the University of Pittsburgh, where he began his coaching career in 1980 in the first of his three stints with the Panthers. He worked under head coach Jackie Sherrill from
Robert Taylor is the founder and owner of SMARTER Team Training. He was the head strength and conditioning coach at Loyola University Maryland for more than seven years. Taylor was a strength and conditioning consultant for athletes on the Women’s Lacrosse World Cup Champion’s Team Australia in 2005, and was head strength coach for Team Australia’s 2009 World Cup team. He has worked with professional organizations such as the Anaheim Angels, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Mutiny and San Antonio Silver Stars. His athletes have gone on to be drafted by the NFL, MLB, NBA, MLS, MLL and NLL.
Mark Watts is The Director of Education at EliteFTS.com. He has a Masters Degree in Exercise Science & Health Promotion from California University of PA and a Masters Degree in Elementary Education from Clarion University of PA. Watts has been working with college athletes in over 20 different sports at the Division I, II & III levels for over 15 years as a strength & conditioning coach. Prior to EliteFTS, Watts coached athletes at Denison University, The United States Military Academy at West Point, Allegheny College and Clarion University. Watts has also completed strength & conditioning internships at The
