Hey guys, Coach Mac here.  I am the founder & host of Iron Game Chalk Talk, where I interview inspiring Strength and Conditioning Coaches to help YOU on your S&C journey.

IGCT exists to make the profession better one conversation at a time.  It started one day when I decided to "talk shop" via Skype instead of spending the money to travel and visit a friend at another school.  While catching up an assistant coach came in and sat in on the conversation.  Once we wrapped that coach then said how awesome that was to be a fly on the wall and listen to an actual "Chalk Talk" session.  From that moment on Iron Game Chalk Talk was born.

Since then I have interviewed over 300 incredible Strength and Conditioning professionals, authors and celebrities including: Mike Boyle, Joe Kenn, Joe DeSena, Christmas Abbot and many more.
